  For everything I've needed, I was always greeted and treated very friendly. My only complaint is paying $1.00 per page for an outgoing fax that was 32 pages long. (while I was waiting on my phone service to be repaired) It's not like there are long-distance charges anymore! No ink, toner nor paper... what's the charge for? Oh - for convenience! Sheesh - $32 thank you very much! :-)
